Shipping and payment

English translation of the German information. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Who sells

The works are sold by the artist Paula Sue Konrad herself. She is your contractual partner when you buy. The website is operated by Stesan Finanzmanagement GmbH (see legal notice).

How an enquiry works

This website is not an online shop. If you like a painting, write using the button on its page or the contact form. You can ask for the price or suggest a price. This does not commit you to anything.

The artist replies with an offer by email. It states the price, shipping costs or collection, delivery time, payment method, dimensions and condition of the work, her full contact details, the withdrawal notice with the model form and the notice on the legal guarantee. The contract of sale is concluded when you accept this offer by email. You will then receive a confirmation of the contract by email. If you collect, you can also look at the painting on site first and then buy it.

The contract language is German, English on request.

Prices

"VB" means the price is negotiable and price suggestions are welcome. If no price is shown, the artist will give it on request. All prices are final prices in euros. Shipping costs are added for shipping.

Collection and shipping

You can collect a work by arrangement or have it shipped. Shipping costs depend on size, packaging and destination and are stated in advance in the offer. There are none for collection.

Delivery area for shipping: Germany, other countries on request
Delivery time: stated bindingly in the offer
Collection: by arrangement, place and time are stated in the offer.

Payment

For shipping by bank transfer in advance, for collection in cash on handover.

Right of withdrawal

If the purchase is concluded by email, you can withdraw from it as a consumer within 14 days. All details and the model form are in the withdrawal notice.

Defects

Statutory warranty rights apply. The mandatory notice on the legal guarantee is shown at the bottom of this page and in every offer.

Originals and colours

Every work is an original. The photos show the paintings as accurately as possible. Colours on screen may still look slightly different from the original.

Text of the notice

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

For more information on your rights in a specific country, scan the QR code below or ask the seller: europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
